What you do.

Browse all member profiles from your Alarina dashboard
You have full access to every active member profile — their bio, their intentions, their compatibility data. You see what the algorithm sees, plus the human details it cannot read.

Handpick matches and push them to members
When you see a pairing you believe in, you select both profiles and push them to each other. They receive: "Alarina [your name] handpicked this match for you." Your selection appears alongside their daily algorithmic matches.

Initiate conversation with members who want Alarina service
Members can opt in to Alarina service on their profile. When they do, you can initiate a real-time chat with them — ask questions, understand them, and serve as their advocate in introductions.

Serve as intermediary between two matched members
When both members want it, you sit in the middle — relaying questions, softening edges, adding cultural context. You are the bridge until they are ready to meet directly.

Get paid when your introductions lead to engagement
Ready2Marry pays you for verified successful introductions. You also earn a flat fee per active member who opts into your Alarina service each month.

  • Culturally grounded — Nigerian, diaspora, or deeply familiar with Nigerian marriage customs
  • Trustworthy — able to pass a background check
  • Referenced — two personal references required
  • Discreet — confidentiality is sacred to this role
  • Wise — you have seen enough of life to recognise what matters in a partner
  • Empathetic — able to listen deeply and speak carefully
  • Digitally comfortable — you will use our Alarina dashboard

  • You cannot pass a background check
  • You are currently a member seeking marriage on the platform
  • You cannot maintain strict confidentiality
  • You would use member information for purposes outside the platform
  • You are looking for a sales role — this is a wisdom role
  • You cannot provide two verifiable references
