By accessing or using Ready-to-Marry ("R2M", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ready-to-Marry. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
- You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other members
- Share false, misleading, or offensive content
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Screenshot or share other members' private information without consent
- Use automated bots or scrapers
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. All payments are processed securely via Flutterwave.
6. Virtual Items
Gold Ring tokens, virtual gifts, and other virtual items are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside the platform. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
9. Disclaimers
Ready-to-Marry is a platform to connect people. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any match will result in a relationship. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
