An employer enters a candidate or employee's birth data and role context. Meridian generates a career-intelligence report — working style, strengths under pressure, likely friction points — the same interpretive depth as an AstroDu personal reading, aimed at a hiring or management decision instead of a personal one.
Meridian is built by Iyanda and AstroDu, run on the same infrastructure and astrological framework as AstroDu's consumer readings, adapted for organisational use.
Meridian is not a psychometric test, a background check, or a substitute for proper reference checking. It's a supplementary lens — employers remain responsible for making fair, lawful decisions, and we say so plainly in our Terms because we mean it.
