Every chart on AstroDu is calculated using the precision ephemeris — the gold standard in astrological computation, covering planetary positions from 2400 BCE to 2400 CE. Both Tropical and Sidereal zodiac systems are supported, along with multiple house systems including Whole Sign, Placidus, Koch, Equal and Campanus.
Ifa & Yoruba Integration
The Ancestral Cosmology module maps every planet to its corresponding Orisha, identifies the Egbe Orun through the corresponding house, generates an Odu birth combination, confirms the Ayanmo, and produces dignity-aware prescriptions. This integration is unique to AstroDu.
Two Chart Methods
AstroDu uses two chart methods — the Ascendant method and the Solar chart method. Both are available on every calculator, giving you the flexibility to choose the approach that best suits your reading style and the data available.
